- Great Barrington is our headquarters. Smithsonian Magazine voted it the number one small town in America in 2012.
- In 2014, we will be moving into a new LEED Gold-certified building. Rain gardens are included in the landscaping to control and filter runoff.
- 87% of the employees at our company are women. 42% of our employees have been with us for more than five years. Another 8% have been here for over ten years.
- Jane’s mother, Tess, assembles the Magic Mitts. She’s over 100 years old.
- On our campus, we have an organic garden that employees maintain. They enjoy the vegetables and fruits grown there. A local farmer will visit and hold a Farmers’ Market for those who do not garden.
- Our hydration Sprays have been ECOCERT certified.
- We are passionate about philanthropy. We have supported many charities, from animal rights to the arts. Most notably, we donated more than $230,000 during our five-year partnership with Living Beyond Breast Cancer!
- All of our ingredients and products are animal-free. All our products are proudly adorned with the Leaping Bunny Logo.
- Every Jane Iredale order includes a sprig of lavender. This tradition was started by Jane when she would clip a twig out of her garden and have it in each order.
